NOTE:

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary ‘pass/fail’ criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The prequalification documents are available for issuance upon submission of Letter of Intent together with the Certified True Copies of the Contractor’s license and accreditation for validation.

The PBAC shall post the list of prequalified contractor-applicants on specified dates at the PBAC Secretariat Bulletin Board.

Interested prequalified contractors may avail of the complete set of bid/tender documents from our Technical Committee.

The complete schedule of activities (dates for the Issuance of Bid Documents to prequalified contractors, Pre-bid Conference, Opening of Bids, and Bid Evaluation are to be specified at the PBAC Secretariat Bulletin Board and at the PhilGEPS website.

The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect contained therein, and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government.
